Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our new Aqua Group shop. This role combines hands-on learning about marine and tropical fish, animal welfare and product knowledge. You will play an important part in supporting customers, maintaining high welfare standards, and contributing to the success of a growing business.

What you'll do at work

This role combines hands-on learning about marine and tropical fish, animal welfare, and product knowledge with delivering outstanding customer service both on the shop floor and in the office.

Training

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

What you'll learn

Training schedule

Training takes place in the workplace, 40 hours per week, apprentice minimum wage.

5 day rota, Monday- Sunday.
