Ability IT are looking for someone with a strong passion for IT to join their team as an IT Support Apprentice to provide support to the team and clients.

Respond to helpdesk queries via phone, email, or ticketing system Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams (2nd/3rd line) Assist with setting up and configuring new IT equipment (PCs, printers, routers) Apply software updates and security patches Monitor antivirus and backups Help users understand and use software tools Set up new user accounts and permissions (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)

Advanced Level Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)
You will be required to attend a half-day session at the Training Centre per week where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that are required, alongside enhancing your IT knowledge and capabilities. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the apprenticeship.
GCSE in:
