This apprenticeship offers practical experience in customer service, production and admin within a busy print based environment. You will be responsible to help with the day to day production of print jobs (no experience required) as well as imputing data into our job system.

Customer Service
Respond to customer enquiries via email, and online platforms. Provide accurate product information and guidance. Assist with order processing and production. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer care.
Sales Support
Help identify customer needs and promote suitable products. Update customer records and sales data in internal systems.
General Administration
Maintain accurate documentation and filing. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Support day-to-day office tasks as required.
