Handle incoming and outgoing communications - including emails, calls, and post - ensuring timely and appropriate responses Organise and coordinate meetings Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems Communicate with clients to provide updates and request any outstanding documentation Demonstrate a professional and polite telephone manner at all times Confident use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload effectively Comfortable dealing with colleagues and clients in a professional and confident manner Ensure all data is processed and stored in line with relevant legislation, with full regard for security and confidentiality Accurately input and update internal data systems as required Process documentation quickly and accurately to support team operations Receive and manage client files, uploading key information to online portals (full training will be provided)

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard This qualification requires college attendance one day a month
GCSE in:
