Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping them with questions about our products and services Work in the kitchen to prepare our food before displaying it on the shelves Support the preparation, presentation and replenishment of fresh food counters, including salad bars, hot food counters and orange juice machines Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the working day Make sure displays are well presented, fully stocked and attractive to customers Learn how to follow company procedures, including opening and closing tasks, stock rotation and basic record keeping Assist with checking product quality, dates and availability to ensure customers receive the best possible experience Work as part of a team to keep the counter running smoothly during busy trading periods Develop confidence in communicating with customers, colleagues and managers Learn how the business operates, including sales, standards, stock control and customer service performance Take part in training and development to build the skills needed to progress within the company

Off the job training will take place remotely either at home or in our shared office which are in 116 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5ED
GCSE in:
