Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Business Administration Assistant to join our team in Harleston, Norfolk. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in office administration and gain valuable hands-on experience in a busy business environment.
Full training will be provided, and there may be the opportunity to work towards a Business Administration qualification or apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing general office and administrative support
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Maintaining and updating records and databases
• Filing, scanning, and organising documents
• Assisting with customer enquiries and basic customer service
• Supporting the team with scheduling and office tasks
• Learning company systems and processes
Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
Preferred
• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
• Some previous office or customer service experience (not essential)
