DERBYSHIRE RECOVERY PARTNERSHIP DRUG AND ALCOHOL SERVICE

Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Administrator for our Derbyshire Recovery Partnership service to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week. This fantastic opportunity will involve providing administrative support to the Criminal Justice team, coordinating prison release and custody suite referrals, covering reception duties one day per week and lunchbreaks as required and acting as a single point of contact for criminal justice related enquiries from other professionals and agencies.

This role is based at our Chesterfield office which has parking to the rear of the building and good public transport links.

About you:

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate great organisational skills, with clear and effective communication both verbally and written. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with a keen eye for accurate data.
