Key Responsibilities:- Carry out functional and occupational assessments- Design and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches- Lead both group sessions and 1:1 therapeutic interventions- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior OT team members- Collaborate closely with nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and support workers- Support discharge planning and coordinate with external services- Engage in audits, CPD, and service improvement initiatives Requirements:- Degree in Occupational Therapy- HCPC registration- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in a mental health/psychiatric setting is preferable- Experience with both group and individual OT interventions- Supervisory experience desirable- Own vehicle- Driving Licence
