About this role

Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation is seeking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join their hard working school team based at Lorraine Infant School and Nursery.If you are a confident, friendly and flexible individual who would like to make a difference to the outcomes of the children attending our school, this could be just the role for you.
Your opportunity
Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will provide high quality, varied administrative support for the school, including financial and student welfare tasks. You will be based in our main school office and will be the first point of contact for receiving and processing payments and online financial transactions. Experience of working in an educational environment would be desirable.

The Details:
Start Date: 1st September 2026Salary: GLF Associate 2.2 - £23,970 FTEActual Salary: £20,048.44Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (39 weeks incl. INSET)
