Architectural Technician/Designer

Your Story

We are looking for an Architectural Technician / Designer to join our Group Design team based in our Carlisle office. This exciting role will involve designing, co-ordinating and producing the group standard house type range of technical construction drawings, with associated construction specification and standard details.

We are looking for someone with working knowledge of the housebuilding industry, excellent attention to detail and a minimum of an HNC in construction/architectural technology. Candidates at a graduate level or those working in a more senior role are also encouraged to apply.
