General

Essential:

  • Do you support a woman's right to choose abortion?
  • Are you the family or friend of a current BPAS employee? If yes, please state the name and nature of the relationship
  • This role is based at our Chester unit (CH1 4EJ) working 18 hours per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - Can you commit to this working pattern?

Experience

Essential:

  • Administration experience gained within an office environment and general office duties
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures including checking documentation, telephone and reception duties

Desirable:

  • Experience of dealing face to face with patients who may be angry or upset, within a care environment
  • Healthcare administration experience

Qualifications

Essential:

  • English and Maths qualification either GCSE A to C or Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE 4* or NVQ level 2
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programmes including word, excel, outlook and Microsoft teams
