Cover Supervisors Wanted - North & North East Lincolnshire-Academics

We are seeking Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across North & North East Lincolnshire. This role is ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching or those looking for flexible work in education.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes in the absence of teachers
• Delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour and supporting students as needed
• Gaining hands-on experience in a school setting

Requirements:

• A degree in any subject
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
