Business Support Apprentice

Salary – National Apprentice Wage

Hours - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week 

Holiday – 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days)

Start date – As soon as possible

About the Business Support role

We have an exciting new role for a Business Support Apprentice to join our Stanley, County Durham office. We’re looking for candidates to start as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to start your career in Business Support/Customer Service.

You will join a dynamic Business Support Team with a high-quality client base and rapidly gain responsibility whilst at the same time completing your Business Administration Apprenticeship. Once this is completed, there’s an opportunity for further study of AAT/ACCA qualifications.

Key responsibilities of a Business Support Apprentice will include:

• onboarding and off boarding clients
• monitoring of cash collection & fee renewals
• performing anti money laundering checks
• arranging client meetings 
• meet and greet clients
• data entry
• support operational teams

About you:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: 

• minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4-9 including English and Maths
• flexible work attitude and willingness to learn
• great communication and customer service skills
• work well under pressure
• enjoy working as part of a team
• excellent integrity & ethical standards
