Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and experience in office management. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing data entry, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Prior experience with office software and excellent organisational abilities are essential to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems
  • Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with production and dispatch documentation
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document management
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organise procurement as needed
  • Maintain organisation of digital files and physical documents for easy retrieval
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and internal staff

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in an operations or manufacturing environment is preferred
