Adele Carr Recruitment are currently looking for a finance junior to work in a highly reputable business. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career within finance and administration while gaining valuable experience supporting the Credit Control and Revenue Control teams.
You will play a key role in providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records and assisting with customer queries to help ensure the smooth running of the working capital function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Credit Control and Revenue Control teams
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of financial reports
- Generate and issue customer statements
- Provide copy invoices to customers when requested
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Ensure documentation and records are accurate and up to date
- Assist the team in meeting reporting deadlines and operational targets
Skills & Experience
- Good computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, or customer service
- An interest in developing a career within finance, accounts, or administration
