8am-5pm shifts with 1-hour lunch and temp to perm opportunity
We're recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing food manufacturing site in Lymington, Hampshire. You'll be part of a fast-paced but welcoming team, where quality and teamwork are key, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build experience in production.

Assisting with the manufacturing of products
Packing and labelling finished goods
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
Supporting the team to meet daily targets
Previous experience in a production or factory environment (preferred)
A reliable and hardworking attitude
The ability to work well within a team
Good attention to detail
Comfort working in a chilled environment
