We provide rehabilitation for individuals following an acquired brain injury (ABI) and have a passion for providing exceptional support. For this reason:

The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside the neuro-OT's, neuro-Physiotherapists, neuro-Speech and Language Therapists and neuro-Psychology team to support the implementation on goals and programmes in line with the individuals aspirations. The role does involve rehabilitation in daily life skills, so it ais a very practical role and does involve some personal care. As we are a 24 hr environment the shifts also include evening and weekend work.

The ideal candidate would be positive, proactive individuals who are passionate in making a difference to the lives of others. The role would suit graduates who either want an interesting career in providing rehabilitation services (we have fast track opportunities for those wishing to progress and develop their management skills) or for graduates wanting a few years practical experience in an interesting and creative clinical setting where they are wanting to pursue a career as a Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist or an OT.
