1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Inspire and transform learning with us at Harris Primary Academy Orpington. We are currently looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support children with SEND.

This is a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to August 2027. The actual salary will be £25,394.21 - £25,756.54 (39 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week).

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Qualifications to GCSE Level standard or equivalent
• Knowledge and understanding of pupils with social and emotional difficulties that may impact upon their behaviour
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of Microsoft software
• Some knowledge of some of the social issues facing students from disadvantaged backgrounds
