An exciting opportunity has arisen at Sir Thomas Wharton Academy for an exceptional Lead Teaching Assistant to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and talented professional to join and further reinforce our growing Inclusion and SEND provision team at Sir Thomas Wharton Academy. We welcome applications from candidates who have a passion for working with young people and families in order to improve life chances and opportunities; the skills needed to provide specialist support for young people with special educational needs and disabilities and the drive to provide specialist support to unlock barriers to learning and enable young people to thrive and achieve their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work closely across key stages 3 and 4 with students who may have specific learning needs or challenges with their social, emotional and mental health and/or engagement issues. We are looking to appoint the right person with the personal qualities and attributes to support and inspire engagement in learning.
