Summary

Progressive Technology Ltd is a rapidly expanding Engineering Business based in Newbury Berkshire. The buisness has grown to be a leading supplier of CNC machined, 3D printed and composite components. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Technician to join our dynamic IT team.

Wage £16,640 a year Check minimum wage rates (opens in new tab) Training course IT solutions technician (level 3) Hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, 40 hours per week. What you'll do at work

Serving as the first point of contact for IT Support within the organisation Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of the computer and network systems Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components  Supporting employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices. Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation Maintaining asset inventory
