We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented apprentice to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
General Bookkeeping: Utilise top software packages like Xero, QuickBooks, and FreeAgent to manage sales, expenses, and bank reconciliations for our clients VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time Payroll Processing: Prepare and submit payroll for our diverse client base Company Filings: Manage the preparation and submission of confirmation statements for our Limited Company clients Tax Returns: Prepare self-assessment tax returns including a range of income sources Limited Accounts: Assist in the preparation of basic company accounts and corporation tax returns Client Interaction: Answer client queries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service HMRC Communication: Liaise with HMRC to resolve any issues effectively Administrative Support: Help with client onboarding, answering phones, and handling mail

Upon completing Level 3 AAT, we will consider advancing the candidate to Level 4 AAT, and potentially towards ACA, depending on their performance and alignment with the business’s needs at each stage.
