An Apprentice Digital Marketing Assistant will begin their role by providing essential support to other members of the Experiences team, particularly those managing client accounts. In the early stages, their primary responsibility will be to assist with a variety of tasks delegated by more senior team members (Executives & Account Managers).
These tasks may include:
Paid / PPC:
Keyword research for paid campaigns Ad copy creation, quality checks Budget tracking, competitor / audience research Preparation of reports Organic / SEO Keyword research On-page optimisation Content scheduling Technical SEO checks Competitor analysis Preparation of performance reports
The purpose of this phase is to build a strong foundation of knowledge and experience while learning the internal processes, platforms, and standards of the agency.
The apprentice will be expected to develop a clear understanding of paid and organic media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMRush) and how they are used to deliver results across different types of client campaigns. As they become more confident and competent in completing assigned tasks accurately and on time, they will gradually take on more responsibility and ownership over specific areas of work. Once they demonstrate a consistent level of quality, initiative, and understanding of client needs, they will be given the opportunity to support accounts more independently orbegin managing smaller campaigns.
This will involve taking a more proactive role in planning and executing paid media strategies, communicating directly with clients, and reporting on performance.
Throughout this progression, the apprentice will be supported with regular feedback, guidance and training to help them grow into a client-facing role within the Experiences team.

There is no point having a website if it does not meet your business objectives – whether that be generating additional enquiries, saving your staff time (and therefore money) or streamlining your processes.
