Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research, identify, and shortlist suitable influencers across various platforms for client projects Negotiation & Contracting: Engage with influencers to negotiate terms and secure contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budgets Creative Briefing: Create initial “skeleton” drafts and structures of the creative brief to support the Digital Media Specialists. Send clear, concise creative briefs to influencers, ensuring they understand project goals and content requirements Project Monitoring: Build client portals and keep a close eye on project timelines and targets, making regular phone calls to assist or urge influencers as needed to ensure smooth execution Content Vetting & Feedback: Accurately vet influencer content, providing constructive feedback to both influencers and the internal team to ensure brand alignment and quality Performance Reporting: Compile and share progress updates, project statistics, successes, and suggestions with the team and clients Content Creation & Editing: Support with content, including editing influencer videos to meet our standards and timelines, and occasionally creating new content from scratch Community Farming & Redistribution: Actively participate in distributing marketing messages across our wider network, including forums, platforms, and channels, to maximise reach beyond influencer channels Basic Advertising and Monitoring: Implement new ads into existing campaigns and monitor ad performance against our project targets
