Areas for training and responsibilities
• Providing general administrative support to the Finance Team as required to help maintain accurate financial records and documentation • Assisting with the processing of client and office account transactions• Posting receipts and payments accurately onto the firm’s accounting system • Supporting daily bank reconciliations • Assisting with the preparation and processing of electronic payments • Assisting with credit control and monitoring outstanding balances • Ensure the accuracy of invoices/credit notes sent to clients and post them into the firm's computerised system• Assisting in funds transfers to settle outstanding invoices and managing time transfers between files• Support write-offs to clear outstanding balances • Processing purchase invoices and expense claims • Responding to internal finance queries in a professional manner

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
