About us and the role

Avanti Fields School is seeking an experienced and inspirational Primary Assistant Principal to join our senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the school, strengthening teaching and learning, and supporting staff to secure excellent outcomes for all pupils. They will play a key role in whole-school improvement, ensuring that systems, expectations and practice reflect the highest standards.

As a growing primary, now in our second year of Key Stage 2 provision, we would particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience of working in KS2, although this is not essential.

Inclusion is a key focus for our school, and we are keen to hear from candidates with experience in this area. A SENDCo qualification would be an advantage, although we would also support the right candidate to develop in this area.

The successful candidate will uphold and promote the ethos and values of Avanti Schools Trust, modelling principled leadership and fostering excellence, respect and inclusion across the school community.

This is a significant opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the quality of education, pupil wellbeing and the wider success of the school.

School visits are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact talent@avanti.org.uk to arrange a suitable time.
