Teaching Assistant - Level 3

We are seeking a committed and capable Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher throughout the full planning cycle, including the preparation, organisation, and management of classroom resources. The role also requires contributing to the enrichment of curriculum learning both during the school day and, when necessary, outside of standard school hours.

The successful candidate will undertake learning, care, and support programmes for pupils, including those with individual or special educational needs. This work will be carried out under the direction of the class teacher, the SENDCo, or relevant external professionals, with the aim of ensuring all pupils are able to access learning effectively.

In addition, the post holder will assist the class teacher in promoting positive pupil conduct and in maintaining an orderly, supportive, and purposeful learning environment.
