Essential:

• A genuine interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and complete the apprenticeship programme.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A driver with access to transport, as travel between practice sites is required.

Desirable:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare, retail or pharmacy environment.
• GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
