Ability to work in a pressurised working environment with frequent interruptions, which often involves multitasking
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients, relatives and other staff groups
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Accurate document presentation and attention to detail
Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service including weekends/Bank Holidays as required, covering for annual leave and sickness and adapt to different working practices/areas of work
